We want to be part of your renovation team!

Ask us some questions!

How much does it cost?

Most of our customers start by choosing one of the 3-cabinet bundles. The bundle daily rate will save you about 20% compared to renting individual units. Additional units/items can be added to make your temporary kitchen function the way you need it to. To keep pricing simple all items are charged at the day rate. You will need to rent for a minimum of three weeks and you can keep them as long as you want. There is a one-time delivery/pickup/cleaning fee of $178.00 that covers any size order.

How long can I keep my rental items? I'm not sure how long my renovation will take.

You can keep them as long as you need them! We suggest you schedule delivery for the week before renovation work starts. This will give you time to unload your old kitchen. Your contractor should be able to give you an estimate of how long it will be before you are allowed to move into your new kitchen. We understand that there can be delays in creating your new dream kitchen. But do not fret, we are there for you! Just keep us updated if you plan to extend your rental. You must give us five days notice to schedule your pick up and end your rental.

Do I have to be home for the delivery?

Yes, someone will need to be home to sign for the delivery. We strive to keep your delivery window as narrow as possible and delivery drivers do their best to stay on time. When we arrive, the crew will bring your cabinets into the house and unwrap them so that you can use them right away. Our cabinets are built of top quality cabinet-grade plywoods and hardwoods. They are built to last but will need to be used indoors, out of the weather.

How is the sink connected?

We leave the connection of the sink up to you or your contractor. The sink has 4 basic connections. An install kit is included with each sink to insure you have all you need to complete the setup. The connection usually takes less than 10 minutes. We like to keep things simple!

In short, the connection lines will allow the temporary sink cabinet to be placed up to 35 feet away from the original kitchen sink location or other water and drain source. Once the temporary sink cabinet has been set in a good spot the lines stored in the back of the cabinet can be unrolled. The line bundle includes hot and cold waterlines, drain line and power cord. The waterlines attach to your existing valves with a simple compression fitting. The drain hose has a rubber boot fitting that will mate with whatever drain pipe you have coming out of the wall. Lastly, the power cord will need to be plugged into one of your GFCI protected counter outlets. Again, we keep things simple for you and your contractor. We even include a wrench and screwdriver!

Maintenance

Maintenance should be minimal with proper use of the sink, strainer basket and drain pump. The sink drain strainer basket MUST be used at all times. Using this basket will prevent the secondary strainer in the drain pump container from clogging. No sink debris should reach the pump. Consult the care and maintenance video on our YouTube channel for more detailed information.

We understand that the work areas can get dusty and dirty. Please make sure to take reasonable care to keep the rental items isolated from the construction area. The painted surfaces of the cabinets can be wiped down with a slightly damp, non abrasive towel. Do not use any cleaners or polishes that leave a film. Make sure the wheels are clean and free spinning before moving cabinets. Paint spatter and drywall mud plops will damage the finishes. Client will be responsible for reconditioning of any items damaged by contractor. See Terms and Conditions
